Go to Migrebot in Telegram
or find the @migrebot Telegram channel and tap Start → Choose when you want to answer questions and enter your email → All done!

Go to Migrebot on Facebook
or go to the Migrebot page and send it a message with the word “Start” → Choose a convenient time to answer some questions and enter your email → All done!
